Clear Roads is in the news!
A new article in the October issue of APWA Reporter details the benefits of the Clear Roads Qualified Products List (QPL) for state and local agencies, as well as upcoming Clear Roads research that aims to enhance the QPL’s value even more.
Products are listed on the QPL in 16 categories, with additional subcategories for gradation, moisture, and insolubility as needed. With multiple products of each deicer type, an agency has more flexibility to distinguish between reputable vendors to find a product that suits its priorities and budget.
The QPL also provides suggested language to guide all agencies in making a product purchase.
With more than 100 different deicers and winter chemicals listed, the QPL is an invaluable resource for transportation agencies of all sizes!
